Because the Shark Tank program is limited to 12 teams, will be using the application form to ensure all teams are motivated and have solid ideas.
This form will be available from September 22nd until October 1, midnight. Teams selected for Shark Tank program will be notified via email on October 6th. One parent from the team will be responsible for registering the team via a website link, which will be provided by the LFF.
The Program starts Wednesday on October 11. Fees will be $300 per team, payable prior to the start of the first session.
Program details for the teams selected to participate:
1) There will be maximum of 12 teams from DW, with minimum of 2 maximum of 4 students in each team.
2) Students are required to form a team before submitting this form and brainstorm ideas/problems they would like to solve. They will fill out section 3 of this form about their idea(s)/project(s) they would like to do.
3) LFF Shark Tank team in collaboration with Shark Tank program staff will review all the submissions and only 12 selected teams will be able to register for the program. Team selection is at program staff discretion only. No feedback will be provided by LFF regarding content of submitted forms or team selection.
4) Students are expected to work on the project themselves along with their team mates only. Parent/adult involvement in the project is strongly discouraged.
5) The application forms will be available on LFF website from September 22nd.
